Kill Bill is a two-part 2003–2004 action thriller film written and directed by Quentin Tarantino. Kill Bill was originally scheduled for a single theatrical release, but with a running time of over four hours, it was separated into two volumes: Kill Bill Volume 1, released in late 2003, and Kill Bill Volume 2, released in early 2004.
In Kill Bill Volume 1, a pregnant woman, identified as the Bride, is massacred and shot in the head in her wedding party for his former comrades Deadly Viper Assassination Squad. After falling into a deep coma for four years, on waking, she finds out that she no longer has her unborn baby and begins an immediate revenge. Throughout the film, she will take revenge of her first objectives.
In Kill Bill Volume 2, after finishing their first obstacles, makes the road to get to Bill, his main objective.
Since 2004, Tarantino releases little details about the production of a third film, and could be released in 2014.
In 2011, the two films were united and with an extensive animated sequence, they were released under the title of Kill Bill: The Whole Bloody Affair in Los Angeles.
